Any community, community-based group, non-governmental organization, business, school, youth movement, journalist, or individual that contributes to integrated water resource management, which in turn improves the well-being of inhabitants and ecosystems of Latin America and the Caribbean, is eligible for nomination. All nominees must be active participants or leaders of ethical, environmentally sound, and solution-oriented projects or activities.
