Latest Environmental Analysis: Heat points detected from January to May 2013
Panama, Panama City, June 5, 2013: The Water Center for the Humid Tropics of Latin America and the Caribbean (CATHALAC), as a regional center supported by UN-SPIDER and with the collaboration of CEMEC / CONAP, made the following regional analysis on heat points in Central America. These heat points are mainly in agricultural burning, forest fires and volcanic activities industry.
