The Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS) is promoting various fellowship programmes for PhD, Postdoctoral and Advanced Research. These schemes represent a great opportunity for scientists and
researchers who may be interested in enhancing their scientific knowledge. Thus, we are writing to you to request whether you could possibly assist us also this year in disseminating information about these grants to a wider audience.
The fellowships are overseen jointly by TWAS and various host institutes in countries in the South, including Brazil, Pakistan, China and India and they allow scientists from developing countries to study or do
research in other developing countries and then to return home to continue their careers.
Please find hereby attached an updated brochure providing an overview of all the TWAS Fellowship schemes. This information could perhaps be publicized through your mailing list / CATHALAC website or other means
as deemed most appropriate by you and your organization, together with the following information.
